Build a list for your stay

Choose groceries from the online catalog and add a custom item for specific products that are not shown. The team will do its best to accommodate brands, sizes, local favorites, specialty products, and dietary requests.

Coordinated before arrival

The team prioritizes delivery and stocking before arrival. During busy periods, housekeeping, property inspections, traffic, or heavy order volume may cause delays. Most orders are completed no later than 5 p.m.

Groceries stocked appropriately

Refrigerated and frozen products are stored appropriately. Remaining groceries are arranged neatly on the kitchen counter.

Final billing after delivery

A temporary $20 authorization reserves the order. The saved card is charged for groceries and applicable fees within 24 hours after delivery, and an itemized receipt is sent by email.
