1. Build your grocery list

Browse the catalog, select quantities, and add custom items or detailed preferences for the shopping team.

2. Share your stay details

Provide the vacation-rental address, arrival timing, unit and access information, and substitution preferences.

3. Reserve the order

A temporary $20 authorization verifies the payment method. The active pricing page shows delivery, service, processing, and minimum-purchase rules.

4. The team shops and stocks

Groceries are personally purchased and delivered. Refrigerated and frozen items are put away, while other products are arranged neatly on the counter.

5. Final billing follows delivery

Within 24 hours after delivery, the saved card is charged for actual purchases and applicable fees, and the receipt is emailed.
