48-hour cancellation window

Grocery orders may be cancelled without the published late-cancellation fee when notice is received at least 48 hours before delivery.

Cancellations within 48 hours

A $50 cancellation fee applies to grocery orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery.

Purchases and third-party arrangements

Groceries already purchased, alcohol paid directly to a retailer, completed work, or third-party concierge commitments may be nonrefundable or separately chargeable.
